Job Title: Paid Media Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across PPC (60%) and Paid Social (40%), focusing on activation, strategy, and analysis.
- Lead client relationships, providing expert insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee performance reporting and campaign optimisation using GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Mentor and manage an apprentice alongside the Account Director.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of agency experience in PPC and Paid Social.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and Meta Ads.
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4 (Adobe Analytics experience is a bonus).
- Confident communicator, able to present insights and recommendations effectively.
