Salary: Paying up to £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus

Paid Media Manager Role & Responsibilities

With the support of the Head of Paid Media, you will work in a full 360 Paid Media Manager role across delivery, strategy, and analysis. Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Working on full lifecycle Paid Media ad campaigns for a variety of client accounts.
  • Work on clients across B2B, Tech, Hospitality with a focus on Lead Generation.
  • Work on a mix of PPC and Paid Social campaigns, with any necessary skills being taught.
  • Opportunity to work closely with clients on Paid Media strategy and accounts.
  • Opportunity to be involved in new business acquisition now, or in the future.
  • Small team management, managing only 1 Executive.
  • Managing monthly campaign budgets from £5,000 to £100,000+.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The agency is committed to your training and development, to support your progression to a Paid Media Director position. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 3+ years of PPC and/ or Paid Social experience.
  • While PPC and Paid Social advertising experience is ideal, the agency will also consider if you have strong PPC experience and want to learn Paid Social.
  • Experience with Google Ads, GDN, Google Tag Manager, and some Paid Social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Data analysis experience, using analytics to inform decision making using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Analytics.
  • Communication and client management skills, as you work closely with clients and other teams in the agency.
  • A strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude, as you oversee the work of the junior members of your team.

Due to continued success and growth and promotions within the team, an award-winning, performance marketing agency are looking for their newest Paid Media Manager to join their team based in the heart of London.

The agency works in a flexible, hybrid manner with only flexible working hours. The agency offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week in their new and purpose-built office designed by the team.

The business has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-end digital marketing campaigns, focusing on performance marketing and paid media. You will also be supported with training to stay at the forefront of paid media and progress in your career, with half a day a week committed to your training with external courses, Google events, Meta events etc.

The business offers opportunity for travelling internationally to meet clients and for company socials throughout Europe, up to twice a year.
