Title: Head of Paid Media (Client-Side)
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the transition of paid media operations from agency to in-house, implementing new processes and strategies.
- Develop and execute cross-channel paid media strategies, with a strong focus on Paid Social (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) and PPC (Google Ads).
- Manage, mentor, and grow the paid media team, ensuring best practices and performance optimisation.
- Oversee a monthly ad spend of £500K+, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align paid media strategies with broader business goals.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, including potential app development and offline marketing channels.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and data analysis to measure campaign success.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in paid media, either in-house or agency-side.
- Proven experience managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Experience with PPC (Google Ads) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong background in tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Experience within eCommerce, iGaming, competition, or gambling industries.
- Previous experience transitioning paid media operations from an agency to in-house is a plus.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
