Location: London – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + Generous Bonus


About the Company

Due to continued success and growth, an award-winning, independent digital agency are looking for their newest Paid Media Executive to join their Paid Media team based in the heart of London.

The agency works in an extremely flexible, hybrid manner. You will have flexibility on your working hours that are suited to your individual needs if necessary and have flexibility with the days you choose to work in the office.

The business has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-end digital marketing campaigns and strategies to their clients and have recently invested in additional training opportunities and hired a new Head of Training, to ensure you remain at the forefront of paid media and biddable advertising.

Paid Media Executive Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Media Executive, you will assist in the day-to-day running of PPC and Paid social campaigns on behalf of the agency’s client accounts. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Working with the Paid Media Managers to manage campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Being heavily involved in the activation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns for clients.
  • Analysis of ongoing campaigns to optimise performance.
  • Working proactively to develop your own skillset.
  • Collaborate with other digital marketing departments within the agency.
  • You will have the opportunity to learn programmatic advertising, should you wish to.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have a personally tailored plan of formal training to continue your development into a Paid Media expert.

  • A relevant degree: Business, Marketing, Maths etc.
  • Previous experience working in Paid Media advertising is ideal with Paid Search or Paid Social, but it is not essential.
  • Experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
  • Experience with Excel: Pivot tables, Vlookups etc.
