Job Title: Paid Media Director (Paid Social-led)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + generous bonus + profit share

The Role

As a Paid Media Director, you will take ownership of high performing Paid Social and PPC campaigns, with a slight emphasis on Paid Social strategy and performance, across a portfolio of key performance marketing clients.

You will act as both a strategic lead and hands on expert, ensuring campaigns are not only well executed but continuously optimised to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation across Paid Social and PPC campaigns
  • Own campaigns end to end from planning through to reporting and performance analysis
  • Deliver clear, insightful reporting and confidently present results to clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping elevate overall team performance
  • Drive innovation through testing, learning, and continuous optimisation

 

Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands on experience managing Paid Social and or PPC campaigns
  • Background in performance marketing company experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop strategy as well as execute and optimise campaigns
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for testing and performance improvement
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members desirable
