A London-based creative agency is looking to expand its Paid Media offering and is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead this growth. The agency works with a diverse mix of clients, including eCommerce and consumer brands, delivering campaigns that combine creativity, strategy, and data-driven performance.

The Role

As Paid Media Director, you will lead the Paid Media team and take ownership of the agency’s multi-channel Paid Media strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, delivering high-performing campaigns, and building a team that pushes creative and performance boundaries. This is a hands-on leadership role with plenty of opportunity to shape processes, client strategy, and the overall Paid Media offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Paid Media team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance
  • Define and implement multi-channel Paid Media strategies that drive results, with Paid Social as the main focus
  • Oversee campaign delivery, optimisation, and performance reporting, ensuring client objectives are exceeded
  • Act as the senior point of contact for client accounts, contributing to strategic planning, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, testing, and growth across channels and client accounts
  • Play a central role in scaling the agency’s Paid Media offering, helping to expand services, processes, and budgets
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and wider marketing teams to ensure Paid Media campaigns are integrated and impactful

 

What They’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience leading Paid Media campaigns, with Paid Social as the primary focus
  • Strong experience across other paid channels, including PPC
  • Proven track record of leading or managing a team and scaling campaigns
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns, ideally for eCommerce or consumer brands
  • Confident senior stakeholder manager, capable of presenting strategy and driving results
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, performance-driven approach
  • Excited by building a high-performing team and shaping a growing Paid Media function
