Paid Media Director Role Overview

As a Paid Media Director, you will take a hands-on role managing a team overseeing both PPC and Paid Social campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing to new business initiatives and driving strategic growth. You’ll be the primary contact for clients from sectors such as B2B, retail, charity, and healthcare.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships, delivering strategic marketing solutions, and ensuring campaigns meet business goals.
  • Leading and supporting a team of Account Managers and Account Executives in executing high-performance campaigns.
  • Involvement in new business pitches and account growth initiatives.
  • Balancing a strategic mindset with hands-on campaign execution across PPC and Paid Social channels.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on PPC and Paid Social.
  • Proven team management experience, overseeing teams of at least 3 people.
  • Experience in an agency environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in B2B or eCommerce sectors is desirable but not essential.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to manage campaigns and identify new growth opportunities for clients.
