Job Title: New Business Manager – Ecommerce & Commerce Solutions
Location: London (Hybrid – Minimum 2 Days in Office)
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + OTE (£75,000 – £130,000)
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, driven New Business Manager to join an ecommerce agency at the forefront of performance marketing, commerce solutions, and social media. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the agency’s growth, working with a talented team focused on building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
In this role, you will be instrumental in growing and converting the agency’s sales pipeline. You’ll lead targeted outreach campaigns, support pitches, build strong relationships with key partners, and manage key accounts from initial lead to successful onboarding.
The agency’s deal cycles typically range from 6 to 18 months, so we’re looking for a consultative salesperson who is comfortable navigating longer sales processes and building trust with clients over time.
