Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the agency’s marketing strategy to support brand growth, lead generation, and commercial objectives.
- Increase brand awareness across key target markets through content, partnerships, events, PR, webinars, podcasts, and industry initiatives.
- Drive thought leadership activity by creating and promoting high-quality content, reports, research, and industry insights.
- Manage and optimise inbound lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels.
- Work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to align marketing activity with business growth objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Own the marketing calendar and campaign roadmap, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Create, edit, and coordinate content across multiple digital channels including social media, email, blogs, and website content.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, freelancers, and specialist partners.
- Brief and collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation, and innovative marketing technologies.
- Produce regular performance reports and present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience within a B2B marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
- Proven experience delivering successful lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong content marketing and thought leadership experience.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and competing priorities.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth and revenue generation.
- Proficiency with Canva and modern marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and content-led growth strategies.
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing performance and efficiency.

- Luxury, premium, or high-net-worth audience marketing experience.
- Copywriting and content creation expertise.
- PR, media relations, or thought leadership campaign experience.
