Job Title: Integrated Media Planning Lead

Location: Central London, Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 – £65,000

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll sit at the centre of strategy and activation.

  • Lead integrated media planning across digital and offline channels
  • Own cross-channel budget allocation
  • Work with insights teams to build smarter media strategies
  • Collaborate with digital activation specialists on execution
  • Oversee buying across OOH, Print, TV and Audio
  • Respond to client and new business briefs
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with confidence

It’s strategic, but it’s also hands-on. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up when needed.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital or integrated planning (agency-side preferred)
  • Strong understanding of cross-channel planning, media tools and measurement, and the evolving digital landscape
  • B2B or global experience beneficial but not essential
  • Confident taking ownership and leading client conversations
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams efficiently and calmly
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working with data
  • Proactive mindset, driven to improve and evolve rather than maintain the status quo
