Role Overview

As the Influencer Lead, you will take charge of all things influencer marketing, from sourcing and managing talent to leading creative campaigns. This is a leadership role perfect for someone with extensive experience in influencer strategy and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.

  • Talent management expertise: Collaborating with talent managers, managing contracts, and negotiating costs to ensure the best partnerships and value.
  • Creative campaign leadership: Overseeing the creative process for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement.
  • End-to-end influencer management: Managing every aspect of influencer partnerships, including identification, outreach, contracts, and performance evaluation.
  • Strategic planning: Designing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive measurable results for high-profile clients.
  • Team collaboration: Working closely with social strategists, designers, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Budget and cost management: Ensuring influencer collaborations are executed within budget, delivering maximum ROI.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience: 6-7 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
  • Deep influencer knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of working with talent managers, contracts, costs, and industry best practices.
  • Creative leadership: The ability to lead on campaign ideation and execution, ensuring innovative and engaging influencer content.
  • Strategic mindset: A knack for designing impactful influencer marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills: Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and maximising value from influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborative approach: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
