About the Head of Technical SEO role

As the Head of Technical SEO, you will oversee the growth and development of Technical SEO for the company. You will take lead on SEO strategy, supply insights and become the go-to person within the company for SEO.

• Create and implement an SEO strategy for industry-leading clients
• Pitch new business
• Forecast, plan and create roadmaps
• Become the go-to for Technical SEO within the agency
• Adhere to Core Web Vitals to maximize efficiency
• Analyse, recommend, and implement optimisations for clients
• Provide high-end optimisation across a diverse range of global clients
• Mentor, train and develop SEO Account Directors, Managers and Executives
• Become a direct line of contact for clients and colleagues

• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Keen attention to detail
• Confident client-facing skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Well equipped with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with the following: SEMrush/Screaming Frog/AhRefs/Majestic
• Global SEO experience (desirable)
• Agency experience (desirable)
