Roles & Responsibilities
As Head of Digital PR, you’ll take ownership of the agency’s full suite of digital PR services, leading and developing the team while maintaining a hands-on approach to client campaigns. You will:
- Oversee the delivery of all Digital PR products and campaigns.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Digital PR specialists.
- Support senior account managers with strategy development and client meetings.
- Identify opportunities to retain and expand client accounts.
- QA work produced by the team, including press releases and creative content.
- Deliver data-led, expert commentary and interview-based Digital PR campaigns.
- Maintain agency standards with a focus on high-quality, compliant campaigns (no paid links).
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams, setting standards for creativity and performance.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven agency experience in Digital PR.
- Experience working with sports betting or iGaming clients is essential; finance client experience is preferred.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated team management experience.
- Comfortable being hands-on and involved in end-to-end campaigns when required.
- Highly driven, enthusiastic, and capable of stepping up in a remote-first agency environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to grow and retain client accounts.
