Role & Responsibilities
You won’t just be running the agency – you’ll be building it.
From day one, you’ll take full ownership of agency growth and direction, including:
- Setting the vision: Defining and executing the agency’s growth strategy
- Leading leaders: Managing a talented senior team and aligning them around shared goals
- Driving business growth: Expanding into new markets, evolving the agency’s proposition, and winning new accounts
- Client leadership: Supporting major clients, deepening partnerships, and ensuring commercial success
- Cultural stewardship: Maintaining the agency’s values and high-performance culture as the business scales
