SEO Manager Role Overview

As the SEO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company’s SEO strategy, working closely with the Head of Product Growth. You’ll manage SEO initiatives across multiple sites and markets, contribute to content creation, and oversee technical SEO. With a clear focus on scaling SEO operations, this role offers the chance to significantly impact the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and executing the SEO strategy for flagship websites.
• Overseeing content creation from concept to quality assurance.
• Conducting keyword research and optimising content based on high-potential keywords.
• Leading on-site and off-site SEO projects, ensuring effective link-building strategies.
• Expanding SEO projects into new markets.
• Analysing performance data and identifying growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in SEO management, especially in affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO and advanced backlink strategies.
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Experience producing high-quality editorial content.
• Fluent in German, with good command of English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
