Job Title: Freelance Senior Project Manager

Location: Leeds or Remote (UK-Based)

Day Rate: £250 – £300

The Company

We are working with a full-service digital agency based in Leeds, delivering high-quality digital solutions across Web, Performance, and Creative services.

They are looking for a Freelance Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of discovery and planning phases for large-scale website projects. Flexible working arrangements are available, with preference for candidates based in Leeds but fully remote candidates within the UK will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and planning phases for large website projects (Months 1–3), including user research, data analysis, UX audits, keyword research, and ideation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (UX, design, development, SEO) to scope and plan projects effectively.
• Liaise directly with clients to capture requirements and provide strategic guidance.
• Support the internal Project Management team on project delivery as required.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale website or digital projects.
• Confident managing multi-disciplinary teams during discovery and planning phases.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working in a freelance or agency environment is desirable.
