Now, as part of their ambitious growth plans, they’re expanding their offering to include Digital PR – and they’re looking for their first Digital PR Manager to build the department from the ground up.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build out the agency’s Digital PR offering from scratch, defining services, tools, and processes.
- Deliver a mix of data-led, reactive, and creative Digital PR campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with the in-house Data Analyst to craft compelling, data-driven campaigns.
- Lead ideation, strategy, and execution, ensuring PR campaigns drive measurable SEO impact.
- Pitch and upsell Digital PR services to clients, demonstrating their value in boosting organic growth.
- Write content and press releases where required, with support from in-house writers and freelancers.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline processes without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate Digital PR into wider organic strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Agency background, ideally with experience in Finance clients.
- Hands-on experience in delivering reactive and data-led Digital PR campaigns.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling press releases and outreach content.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset – this is a brand-new function, so you’ll need to take ownership.
- Confidence in leading pitches and taking campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, start-up environment where no two days are the same.
