Roles & Responsibilities

As Sales Lead, you’ll take ownership of the agency’s new business function, driving revenue growth and developing long-term client relationships across the agency’s full suite of services.

  • Leading outbound sales activity to generate new business opportunities.
  • Selling SEO, AI Search, Paid Media, Website Development, Branding, and Digital Marketing solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Converting inbound enquiries and warm leads into long-term clients.
  • Building relationships through networking events, industry meetings, and referrals.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Maintaining and managing pipeline activity through CRM platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with client services and delivery teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Producing pipeline reports, forecasts, and sales performance updates.
  • Supporting the agency’s continued growth by bringing in high-quality, long-term client partnerships.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience selling SEO services and digital marketing solutions.
  • Strong new business development and consultative sales experience.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM platform, ideally HubSpot.
  • A track record of winning and retaining recurring revenue accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence conducting outbound prospecting activities and networking.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Experience within a digital marketing agency environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI Search, Paid Media, Branding, or Web Development services would be beneficial.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
