Job Title: Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Location: Essex, Hybrid (2 days in office per week)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Join a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses generate more leads and sales through SEO, Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and web solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a confident Sales Executive to convert inbound opportunities into long-term clients.

 

The Role

This is a hybrid sales role combining inbound lead management with proactive outreach and cold calling.

You’ll speak with business owners who are looking to improve their digital marketing performance, understand their goals, and recommend the right solutions to help grow their business.

Services you’ll be discussing include:

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
  • Google Ads / PPC Management
  • Website Design & Landing Pages
  • Ongoing Digital Growth Strategies

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Speaking with inbound leads via phone, Zoom, and email
  • Conducting outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Understanding client goals and identifying suitable solutions
  • Building trust and managing the sales process from enquiry to close
  • Working closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Managing your pipeline effectively in a fast-paced environment

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Digital marketing industry experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident on phone and video calls
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on value-led selling
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
