Salary: £100,000 + 50% OTE bonus

Role & Responsibilities

This newly created senior role is focused on driving growth and building strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach while strengthening key relationships.

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound leads, outreach, events, and existing networks
  • Lead pitches and presentations, helping win large-scale campaigns
  • Support senior relationship management, driving retention, upsell, and referrals
  • Collaborate with the CEO to shape the go-to-market strategy and ensure commercial alignment
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

 

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in media (Paid Social, Programmatic, PPC)
  • Proven track record in business development, growth, and senior client leadership
  • Experience closing large-scale deals
  • Ability to generate inbound leads via events, referrals, social outreach, or existing networks
  • Experience in independent companies preferred, with cross-selling experience a bonus
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results
