Digital Marketing Executive Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be reporting to the CEO and Digital Marketing Manager, supporting the delivery of paid media campaigns across several clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing B2B lead generation campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, with potential to explore Programmatic.
- Handling client accounts with a budget spend of £10k or more.
- Supporting campaign setups, activation, optimisation, and reporting.
- Assisting in client communications and attending client meetings.
- Potentially managing some clients independently as you progress in the role.
- Finding innovative ways to help clients achieve their business goals through marketing strategies.
Skills and Experience
- Has over 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Paid Search (Google Ads) or Paid Social.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Has experience working on demand gen and lead gen campaigns with KPIs such as CPA and CPL.
- Ideally, has knowledge of GA4 and GTM (though these are desirable, not essential).
- Is a confident communicator with the ability to explain marketing data to non-technical clients.
- Possesses a commercial mindset, understanding clients’ business challenges and translating them into marketing goals.
