Job Title: Digital Account Manager (Client Services)

Location: Central London

Starting Salary: £35,000-£40,000

As Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for

• Be the voice of the client within the agency
• Effectively building relationships with enterprise clients
• Lots of client contact, meetings zoom calls, phone calls, emails, and face to face meetings (after COVID)
• Identifying new opportunities to grow accounts and
• Project manage the SEO, PPC, and Paid Social teams to ensure they are working efficiently, on time and within budget
• Reporting on findings, using Data Studio
• Contribute towards the marketing strategy

Required experience

• Excellent organisational skills
• Very good communications skills
• Knowledge of at least one of the below channels:
  • SEO
  • Paid Search
  • Paid Social
• Passion for client services and enjoy developing relationships
• Experience working with multiple clients
