Job Title: Client Services Account Executive

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + Discretional Bonuses

About the Company

Due to exciting new changes, the business is looking for a Client Services Account Executive to grow into a respected expert, someone who isn’t afraid to challenge clients when needed and to help translate the client’s needs into digital terms.

Client Services Account Executive Role & Responsibilities

As a member of the client services team, you’ll (with the support of the Account Directors, Account managers and the rest of the client services team) use your excellent communication and multi-taking skills to maintain strong client relationships, whether that’s through face-to-face meetings or email, phone. Additionally, your role will encompass:

  • Reporting and presenting the campaign performance of multiple departments such as (PPC, SEO, Display and Social Media).
  • Collaborate with delivery teams on the planning and execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in the management of client relationships while ensuring roadmaps and forecasts are regularly communicated to clients.
  • Work with the Account Director and Managers to upsell relevant services and channels.

 

Your Skills & Experience

While ideally you may have knowledge across multiple digital channels and an understanding of how they work together, you will also receive a commitment to developing your knowledge as you grow within the position and your responsibilities develop. The company does ask that you have:

  • 6 – 12 months of experience, ideally in Paid Media or SEO*.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking, able to manage deadlines across multiple accounts and channels.
  • Good knowledge of analytics, using them to make informed decisions regarding digital strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, most importantly in Excel and PowerPoint: The essentials for every digital marketer.
  • Excellent communication skills as you coordinate with multiple teams and multiple clients.

*Previous experience may have been as an SEO Executive, SEO Account Executive, Paid Media Executive, Paid Media Account Executive, Digital Account Executive, Client Services Executive, or something similar.
