Digital Account Director

Salary: €75,000 +

My client, a fast-growing start-up working on Performance Marketing campaigns for their clients in the entertainment industry, are growing their Campaign team to expand and deliver their data-driven marketing campaigns. With offices in Berlin, LA, and employees across Europe, they offer an exciting international environment and the chance to work with the biggest names in the entertainment industry.

As the team is rapidly growing, my client is recruiting for a talented, experienced Performance Marketer to lead the Campaign Team’s strategic planning and decision making. The successful candidate will also be skilled in B2B communication to take the lead on client communication with internationally successful clients.

 

About the role

  • You’ll take responsibility for international media campaigns that will reach millions of entertainment fans globally
  • Working with the Sales team, you’ll develop relationships with clients; some of the biggest and most successful names in the industry
  • Represent the company and establish the name as the go-to partner for all clients in the industry for planning, implementing, and running their digital marketing campaigns
  • Planning, organising, and implementing client-facing meetings
  • Collaborating with the campaign team and other teams (Sales, Business Intelligence) to develop market research to improve media buying
  • Management, organisation, and development of the Campaign Team

 

Skills/experience required for the Digital Account Director role

  • You have a minimum of 6 years’ experience and a deep understanding of Performance Marketing
  • Several years’ experience in planning and implementing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • You are decisive and confident in decision making, and comfortable with presenting, even in difficult situations
  • You have a solid track record in building and maintaining successful, long term client relationships
  • You have demonstratable experience in successfully leading international teams
  • You are solution-driven and a great problem solver
  • Fluent English, German is desirable
