About the Company

Due to exciting new client acquisitions and business growth, an independent, full-service performance marketing agency based in South-West London are looking for a CRO Manager to join their Organic Marketing team.

The business takes pride in the collaborative and fun approach they take to their work. The agency has no expectations of late nights or regular overtime.

The agency has a huge focus on the training and progression, and you will have the opportunity to build your own team as you expand the agencies offerings. Additionally, you will be given a dedicated progression plan as you work closely with and learn directly from the Head of Digital Strategy, who has over 14 years of industry experience.

The agency is selective with the clients it works with and chooses those who genuinely want to grow and increase their budgets as they find success. You will have real freedom in your approach to your work, while still being supported by the Head of Digital Strategy.

 

CRO Manager Role & Responsibilities

As CRO Manager you will be pivotal to the agencies offerings and will play a central role in driving traffic into conversions. You will have real impact on the business and have opportunity to mould the role into your own. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with ecommerce Account Manager to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage testing strategies for clients, producing substantial and long-term results.
  • Creating low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes.
  • Create and report on A/B, Split and Multi-Variable tests to optimise performance.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to client on campaign performance.
  • Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Working autonomously, as well as collaboratively with other teams in the Organic Marketing team.
  • Client management, as you assist project leads on strategy and help develop client accounts.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The business offers support for career development and exploring other areas of digital marketing that interest you, that the agency works in. The business does ask however, that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO.
  • Agency experience is ideal.
  • Proficient in UX and UI design principles and best practices.
  • Experience using VWO (or alternative testing tools).
  • Ecommerce experience is ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience with google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar etc.
  • Some experience with SEO analytics tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, AhRefs would be helpful.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
