Roles & Responsibilities
As a CRM Specialist, you’ll take ownership of multiple client accounts, delivering high-performing CRM campaigns and contributing to long-term retention strategies. From ideation to execution and optimisation, you’ll be involved in every stage of the process.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver full-funnel CRM campaigns across email, automation, and retention channels.
- Write engaging, conversion-focused copy and design effective email templates.
- Build and optimise automation workflows using tools such as Klaviyo.
- Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with clients on strategy, planning, and creative direction.
- Explore and implement additional channels like SMS and push notifications.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience creating and managing CRM/email campaigns that deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting ability with an eye for design and conversion.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, curious mindset with an interest in AI tools and automation.
- Bonus: Experience with SMS, push notifications, or mobile CRM.
