Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

CRM Manager Role & Responsibilities
As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the customer retention strategy across the company’s European markets, driving personalised and impactful campaigns.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing customer retention strategies to improve Life Time Value (LTV) and reduce churn.
- Setting up and optimising end-to-end customer journeys across email and SMS channels, from onboarding to win-back.
- Creating, briefing, and delivering marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance to drive traffic and sales growth.
- Managing the company’s relationship with Klaviyo, ensuring that all features are fully utilised.
- Identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance customer engagement.
- Working collaboratively with the brand, acquisition, and e-commerce teams to run integrated marketing campaigns.
- Leading the retention team in cross-functional meetings and providing insights and test results.
Your Skills & Experience
The company is looking for someone who can bring creativity, strategy, and analytical expertise to the role. To succeed, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience managing DTC email campaigns within ESPs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, subscribe rates).
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Data-driven and analytical, with strong quantitative skills.
- Passion for creating engaging and high-performing campaigns.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude.
- Excitement about working in start-ups and contributing to growth from the ground up.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Klaviyo.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Familiarity with working as part of an integrated marketing team.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
