As the company continues to expand into new markets and digital verticals, they are now looking to hire a CRM Director to lead the customer lifecycle strategy across multiple brands.
Role & Responsibilities
As CRM Director, you’ll be responsible for launching and owning the company’s CRM function from the ground up. Working within a dynamic and fast-moving marketing team, you’ll design and implement multichannel campaigns that drive daily customer engagement and long-term retention.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of a full-funnel CRM roadmap, from onboarding to reactivation
- Planning and delivering campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app to support daily and seasonal performance goals
- Ensuring CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) are scalable, reliable, and integrated with the broader marketing tech stack
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Brand, Product, Data, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class CRM experiences
- Taking an analytical approach to segmentation, performance optimisation, retention, and LTV growth
- Acting as the strategic and hands-on CRM lead across multiple customer brands and verticals
This is a standalone role, so a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution is essential.
Your Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in CRM within fast-paced digital businesses – ideally ecommerce, fintech, gaming or similar sectors
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and integration work
- Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of attribution, testing, and ROI analysis
- Confident working cross-functionally with Data, Product, and Brand teams
- Comfortable in agile, high-volume marketing environments
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and excited to build a CRM function from scratch
