Salary: £40,000 – £55,000
The Company
A dynamic, independently owned digital growth agency, specialising in SEO and expanding into Digital PR, CRO, and Data Support. The agency has built a strong reputation working with clients across eCommerce, Beauty, Healthcare, and Finance. With ambitious growth plans by the end of 2025, they are now looking for their first dedicated Content Manager to take ownership of content production.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Write and optimise SEO-driven content for a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in the finance sector.
- Develop content strategies that align with client branding, producing 5-10 high quality pieces per week.
- Create SEO-optimised titles, headings, and product descriptions to improve search rankings.
- Work alongside clients to develop engaging content.
- Support the SEO and Digital PR teams with content creation.
- Develop web copy across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and Contentful.
- Produce a variety of content including product guides, service pages, blog posts, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and implement content strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an agency environment is preferred.
- Experience working with finance clients is highly desirable.
- Strong writing ability, capable of producing long-form content in various tones of voice.
- A strategic mindset, able to take content from ideation to delivery.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, comfortable working in a fast-growing start up environment.
- Video content creation and editing experience is a plus.
- Adobe Suite proficiency is a bonus.
- Happy to work flexibly and support wider business needs outside of core content responsibilities.
