As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Consulting GTM Engineer, a pivotal new role that combines strategic consulting with technical and operational expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Consulting GTM Engineer, you will:
- Partner with clients to design and implement best-in-class go-to-market strategies.
- Analyse sales processes, data, and technology stacks to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities.
- Configure and optimise GTM platforms, tools, and workflows across CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement systems.
- Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that recommendations are actionable and measurable.
- Build reporting frameworks to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to embed GTM best practice.
- Stay ahead of emerging GTM technologies and trends, advising both the consultancy and clients on innovation opportunities.
Your Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of consulting expertise and hands-on technical know-how:
- Strong background in sales, revenue operations, or GTM strategy, ideally within a consultancy or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience implementing or optimising tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to link GTM execution to business growth.
- Curious, innovative, and eager to stay on top of the latest GTM methodologies and technologies.
