Salary: £65,000 – £80,000

They’re building a brand-new Comms Planning function from the ground up – bringing together media, creative, and data to deliver smarter, more connected campaigns. Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the development of a new Comms Planning capability.
- Join up channel strategy, creative and analytics from the outset of each campaign.
- Own strategic delivery across key accounts, ensuring thinking is embedded in execution.
- Create clear frameworks and planning tools that are adopted across teams.
- Work closely with media, creative and analytics functions to guide campaign evolution.
- Support team growth by mentoring junior planners and social analysts.
- Contribute to pitch work while ensuring day-to-day planning is consistent and effective.
Your Skills & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience in comms, media or channel planning roles.
- Proven ability to lead strategy for large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media’s role across the full marketing funnel.
- Skilled at simplifying complex ideas for senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about integrating creative and media thinking.
- Experienced in building planning tools, playbooks, or repeatable strategic products.
- Previous experience shaping or building a planning function is a strong advantage.
