Client Services Director

Salary: £50,000
Location: Central London

Are you looking to move away from hands-on execution and into a position where you’ll have more autonomy, and more strategy?

This is your opportunity to join an agency, made up of roughly 80 people. This opportunity will allow you to work across multiple organic and paid media channels and collaborate and coordinate with a number of different departments within the agency. You will be joining an agency that creates paid media marketing campaigns for some of the best-known brands and for some of the best ‘challenger brand” clients.

As Associate Strategy Director, you will be joining one of the most reputable client services teams in London, where hard work is rewarded with fast progression.

 

The role

  • Work across multiple different channels (with an emphasis on Paid Media)
  • Take ownership over the strategy for your clients marketing goals, ensuring KPIs and expectations are met.
  • Being responsible for the work produced by the Account Managers and Executives of your team.
  • Developing and training the Managers and Executives within the Accounts team.
  • Be involved in new business pitches (optional)

 

Skill and Experience

Although you will be working for an agency that encourages personal development by actively focusing on learning through formal training, working with colleagues, completing tasks, and seeking feedback. The company client does ask that the right candidate has the following:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Paid Media experience.
  • Proven track record of working on client accounts with measurable success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as you work closely with clients regularly as well as manage your own team.
  • Have the confidence and communication skills to effectively share knowledge and insights.
  • Agency experience (desirable)
  • Performance experience (desirable)
  • Strong background in SEM (PPC & SEO)
