Title: Client Services Account Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Location: London/ Hybrid

 

About The Company

Due to continuing growth, an independent agency based in central London are looking for a Client Services Account Manager to join their team. The agency are looking for someone to join the agency, as the essential link between their clients and wider marketing teams.

The businesses operate in a hybrid environment, with two days a week of your choosing in the office. The agency also prides itself on its work-life balance, with no expectations of regular late nights. You will be supported to work however works best for you.

The agency works with a wide variety of industries including ecommerce, education, travel, B2B, sports and entertainment: Meaning you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and campaigns.

 

Client Services Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the Client Services Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing client relationships, covering a wide range of industries, and translating their needs into actionable outputs. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Planning across a variety of digital channels and verticals.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into actionable campaigns.
  • Gain exposure to offline media planning.
  • Dealing quickly and efficiently with client requests.
  • Be involved with winning new business and pitches.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you. The company does however ask that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an account management or media planning role.
  • Media planning experience, including Paid Social, PPC, or Programmatic. Experience in multiple is ideal, but not essential.
  • OR, two years of experience in Paid Social/ PPC/ Programmatic, and you are looking to move into a Client Services position.
  • Experience working with large datasets, and an analytical mindset is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you work closely with both clients and in-house digital departments.
