Digital PR Account Director

Location: Remote/ Europe

Salary: £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Ideally you will be someone with a strong background in translating clients business goals intro marketing strategy, and experiences in leading Digital PR teams to not just meet, but exceed expectations.

About the company

Due to continued successes and growth, the business is looking for a Digital PR Account Director to work on their most prestigious clients and lead the Digital PR Team. The agency is a team of digital nomads who operate on an entirely remote basis, meeting quarterly in various cities within Europe.

The company has a varied roster of clients spread throughout UK, Italy, Spain and France. Founded in 2018, the business’s innovative approach has led to them winning awards for the quality of work they deliver and has allowed them to expand rapidly as they increase their service offerings.

Digital PR Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As the Digital PR Account Director, you will take leadership on building strong client relationships with the goal of designing successful digital marketing strategy, for a portfolio of industry-dominating clients. Additionally, your role will include:

• Playing a central on role on the acquisition of new business, for which there are financial incentives.
• Understand client’s needs, interpret client briefs into actionable outputs.
• To be able to confidently communicate with C-level clients, and be the main point of contact for clients as you represent the agency.
• Find opportunities to grow account or cross-sell.
• Manage the Digital PR Account Managers and Executives within your team.
• Having the option to outsource work to freelancers.

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be an active focus. You will be supported in your continuing development as you progress to a Head of or even Partner position. The company does ask that you have:

• Demonstrable experience working operationally in a client facing capacity in Digital PR.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel projects, leading the Digital PR team to work and deliver to deadlines.
• Proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor your team to not just meet but exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills; with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with clients and secure new business.
• An understanding of SEO & Digital Content, not just Digital PR, and being able to converse confidently with clients on these topics.
