Location: Bedfordshire – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary: Paying up to £30,000 + Company Bonus Scheme

Biddable Account Executive Role and Responsibilities

As the businesses new Biddable Account Executive, you will operate in a 360 Account Executive environment, gaining exposure to client management, working with a team, to deliver Paid Media campaigns for an exciting variety of client accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a mix of PPC and Paid Social ad campaigns, ensuring KPIs are achieved that align with client aims.
  • Work on full lifecycle Paid Media campaigns, from ideation, to activation, and optimisation.
  • Provide detailed reports of campaign performance to your Manager and the clients.
  • Work with your Manager on client accounts, gaining exposure to client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Creative and Digital PR teams to executive comprehensive campaigns across the digital landscape.


Your Skills and Experience

The business will support you to continue to grow and develop, with the opportunity to progress in your career to a Paid Media Director position. The business does ask that you have:

  • 6+ Months of PPC and Paid Social/ Biddable experience.
  • Agency experience is ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and some Paid Social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Data analysis experience with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, as you work with the Paid Media team, work with clients, and with other teams within the agency.
  • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
