Location: London – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Generous Bonus

 

About the Company

Due to continued success and growth and promotions within the team, an award-winning, digital agency are looking for their newest Biddable Account Director to join their Paid Media team based in the heart of London.

The agency works in an extremely flexible, hybrid manner. You will have flexibility on your working hours that are suited to your individual needs if necessary and have flexibility with the days you choose to work in the office.

The business has over 20 years of experience in delivering high-end digital marketing campaigns and strategies to their clients and have recently invested in additional training opportunities to ensure you remain at the forefront of paid media and biddable advertising.

Biddable Account Director Role & Responsibilities

With the support of the Head of Digital Strategy, you will work on Biddable Strategy across a range of client accounts as a leader within the Paid Media team. Additionally, your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the new and existing PPC and Paid Social strategies, from proposals to testing and analysis; and delivering final reports and recommendations.
  • Be heavily involved in the Biddable strategies of the accounts and clients you work with.
  • Team leadership and mentorship of the Biddable Executives and Managers in your team.
  • Remaining hands-on with Biddable campaigns when necessary.
  • Taking the lead on client communications on the accounts your work on, however client services will handle some of the day-to-day client communication.
  • New business acquisition and upselling on existing client accounts when appropriate.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The business will support you to work in a hybrid and flexible environment: However, works best for you. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 4+ years of PPC/ Paid Social advertising experience in an agency setting.
  • Programmatic advertising is desirable, but not essential.
  • Team management experience (desirable)
  • Communication and client management skills, as you work closely with clients and other teams in the agency.
  • Google Analytics experience is desirable, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude, as you oversee the work of the junior members of your team.
