Role Overview
- Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns: Implement integrated marketing strategies across email, social media, SEO, and PPC to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement.
- Planning and managing events: Oversee the organisation and execution of impactful client events, handling logistics, communications, and on-site management.
- Enhancing website content and UX: Work with the web team to update content and optimise the website for user experience and marketing goals.
- Maintaining brand consistency: Ensure all materials and communications align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
- Analysing campaign performance: Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements for campaigns and the website.
- Collaborating with sales teams: Partner with sales to identify key accounts and optimise CRM usage for targeted engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a generalist marketing role, managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic writing, editing, and content development.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (ideally HubSpot).
- Basic HTML and CMS experience (e.g. WordPress), with an understanding of UX best practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign and website performance metrics.
