Associate Paid Social Director – #3586006

Job Title: Associate Paid Social Director (Sport and iGaming)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + generous bonus

The Company

The company is already well-established but has maintained its ambitious scale-up mindset. They have a global presence with multiple offices across the planet and are looking for a new addition to their London HQ. They also have a sports undertone, partnering with some of the best-known sports media outlets on the planet.

They’ve built a strong reputation for attracting and retaining top digital talent in the UK, with an employee retention rate significantly above the industry average, largely driven by a culture where high performance is recognised, rewarded, and progression is tied to impact rather than tenure.

Culture plays a big role here. Expect regular socials, immersive events, and an annual international company trip to destinations such as Barcelona, New York, and Rome. Known for their forward-thinking approach to marketing, they are looking for someone who shares that mindset. High performers are rewarded through a generous bonus structure, profit share scheme, and additional performance incentives, meaning your success directly contributes to your earning potential.

The Role

As Associate Paid Social Director, you will support the development and execution of digital performance strategy across paid social and wider acquisition channels, helping to drive scalable growth across international markets.

This is a performance-focused role with growing strategic responsibility. You will help shape channel direction, identify growth opportunities, and ensure campaigns deliver strong commercial outcomes.

You will also play an active role in supporting the wider team while staying closely connected to execution, testing, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of digital performance strategy across paid social and wider acquisition channels, contributing to scalable international growth
  • Manage day-to-day channel performance and drive efficient customer acquisition through data-led optimisation and structured testing
  • Help identify and scale new growth opportunities across platforms, audiences, geographies, and emerging formats
  • Work closely with creative, media, and performance teams to ensure strong alignment and maximise campaign impact
  • Build and maintain structured testing frameworks across campaigns, funnels, and acquisition journeys
  • Partner with analytics and technical teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting
  • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a high-performing paid media function in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, market trends, and competitor activity, attending industry events where relevant to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in paid social or performance marketing
  • Experience within iGaming or other fast-paced, regulated digital environments
  • Confident managing campaigns independently, with some exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Strong track record of driving performance-led acquisition and contributing to campaign scaling
  • Commercially aware with a strong analytical mindset and focus on optimisation
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal stakeholders and contributing to team discussions

What’s On Offer

  • Highly competitive bonus structure with significant upside potential
  • Profit share scheme linked directly to business performance
  • Additional performance-based incentives that meaningfully reward impact
  • Hybrid working from a modern London HQ
  • Regular international travel for industry events, conferences, and team offsites
  • Annual company trips to global destinations including Barcelona, New York, and Rome
  • High-performance culture where progression is based on impact, not tenure
  • Strong autonomy and ownership from day one
  • Regular socials, immersive team events, and a genuinely collaborative environment
  • Clear opportunity to grow within a high-growth function in a global business
