Salary: £42,000 – £50,000

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a London-based independent agency is looking for an Associate Digital Account Director to oversee the delivery of strategic leadership for client campaigns, while being supported by a team of managers. This agency cares about its staff and promotes within, which is reflected in its excellent staff retention rate!

 

Digital Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As the Associate Digital Account Director, you will take leadership on your own key client accounts, ensuring the agency’s clients are more than satisfied with their partnership with the agency. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Creating media plans across both digital and offline media, ensuring the absolute best outcome for the client.
  • You will have the chance to manage a team that executes your media plans.
  • You will be heavily involved in how the business grows and their hiring process.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, you will have a personalised progression plan to guide you to a full Digital Account Director position. You will have the autonomy to work how best suits you, as you grow the teams underneath you. The company asks that you have:

  • 4+ years working in a media planning and buying, client services or digital campaign management role required.
  • Programmatic planning is essential.
  • Paid social and/or PPC experience is desirable
  • Agency experience is essential.
