Job Title: Affiliate Account Manager

Location: London – Hybrid (2 days per week)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Bonus

 

The Company

This independent performance marketing agency has been established for over 10 years and continues to grow its offering across affiliates and paid media. With a collaborative team of around 15 people, the agency offers the chance to work on senior-level responsibilities and decision-making much earlier in your career compared to network agencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful campaigns for clients. You will:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to drive campaign growth.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships, leading calls, meetings, and ad hoc senior interactions.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client KPIs.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with affiliates and direct media partners.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns, from strategy and recruitment to reporting and optimisation.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, including CPM and direct media.
  • Support the onboarding and setup of new clients and campaigns.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year’s experience in an affiliate marketing role within a UK-based performance marketing team.
  • Agency background preferred, ideally from an independent agency environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and publishers.
  • Confident in reporting, analysis, and client management.
