Job Title: Account Director (Italian Speaking)

Location:  London + Hybrid Working (3-days per week in the office)

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Following continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their Client Services team with a commercially minded Account Director to lead on a key international account.

You’ll be working in a hybrid environment that balances flexibility with collaboration, alongside a team that genuinely values creativity, progression, and delivering work that makes an impact. Roles & Responsibilities

This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of a key European market, leading both strategy and delivery.

As an Account Director, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring strong relationships, high-quality output, and commercial success across the account.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of social-first campaigns in line with overarching strategy.
  • Acting as the senior client contact, building trusted and long-term relationships.
  • Overseeing project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance are met.
  • Managing and coordinating a network of local market freelancers and partners.
  • Collaborating with wider European teams to align on strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Running key meetings, including reviews and planning sessions.
  • Driving commercial performance, including scope management, resourcing, and reporting.
  • Regular travel to the local market to strengthen client relationships and oversee delivery.

You’ll be working on a flagship account, giving you real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape market-specific strategy.

Skills & Experience

You’ll be joining a business that places real emphasis on both performance and progression. To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

  • Fluent Italian (native or equivalent) and strong English communication skills.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a Client Services role within an agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of social-first delivery (strategy, creative, and content).
  • Proven experience managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee complex delivery.
  • Commercial awareness, including scope management and account profitability.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead, challenge, and improve output.
