The Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across a range of digital platforms. This is far more than a campaign activation role – you’ll play a key part in shaping strategy, driving performance and identifying opportunities to improve commercial results.
The business is looking for someone with a strong Paid Social background who is confident managing campaigns independently and excited by the opportunity to develop their strategic expertise across the wider Paid Media landscape.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own the planning, execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement Paid Social strategies aligned with commercial objectives and performance targets.
- Analyse campaign performance and audience data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency and drive stronger results.
- Manage budgets effectively, making data-led decisions around allocation, bidding, targeting and optimisation.
- Develop testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging and campaign structures to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing clear performance updates, insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying new opportunities across Paid Social.
- Contribute to the wider Paid Media team by sharing knowledge, best practice and new ideas.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing Paid Social campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong hands-on experience across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar.
- Experience developing and executing Paid Social strategies, with a strong understanding of campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio is desirable.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded, proactive and confident working independently.
- A genuine interest in Paid Social, digital marketing and keeping up with industry developments.
