Job Title: Paid Media Manager (eCommerce)

Location: London (Hybrid, Flexible)

The Company

This is an established and growing digital marketing business specialising in eCommerce performance marketing. Working with an exciting portfolio of fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle and sports brands, the business combines strategic thinking with data-led marketing to help clients accelerate online growth and maximise commercial performance.

The company has built a collaborative, forward-thinking culture where people are trusted to take ownership, share ideas and challenge conventional thinking. Innovation, testing and continuous improvement are embedded into the way the team works, giving everyone the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You’ll work alongside experienced digital specialists across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to a wide range of eCommerce brands, campaign objectives and performance strategies. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your Paid Search expertise, broaden your experience across Paid Social or deepen your understanding of eCommerce growth, you’ll be supported with ongoing learning and clear opportunities for progression.

Alongside career development, the business places a strong emphasis on culture. Regular team events, collaborative working and recognition for success create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are rewarded for the contribution they make.

The Role

As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across a range of digital channels. This is far more than a campaign activation role—you’ll play a key part in shaping client strategy, influencing business growth and driving commercial success across a portfolio of leading eCommerce brands.

The role will primarily focus on Paid Search while offering opportunities to develop your experience across Paid Social and the wider Paid Media landscape.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution and optimisation of high-performing Paid Media campaigns across a portfolio of leading eCommerce brands.
  • Go beyond campaign management by identifying new commercial opportunities, influencing growth strategies and helping shape long-term business success.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and providing strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Play an active role in the evolution of the Paid Media department by contributing new ideas, refining processes and helping drive innovation across the business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging technologies, bringing fresh thinking and new opportunities to both clients and the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing Paid Media campaigns, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Strong Google Ads experience; exposure to Meta Ads and other Paid Media platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with Google Shopping is essential; Meta Catalogue Ads experience is a bonus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns using performance data.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (bonus)

Benefits & Perks

  • Hybrid working with flexibility around where and how you work.
  • Competitive salary package with performance-related bonus opportunities.
  • Clear career progression pathways with regular development reviews.
  • Dedicated training budget to support certifications, courses and industry events.
  • 30 days annual leave plus your birthday off.
  • Flexible working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Private healthcare and wellbeing support.
  • Enhanced pension contributions.
  • Regular team socials, company events and quarterly celebrations.
  • Team lunches, drinks and office perks.
  • Annual company away days and team experiences.
  • Opportunity to work from abroad for a period each year.
  • Modern London office with collaborative working spaces.
  • Access to the latest marketing tools, platforms and technology.
