PPC Account Manager

My client is a successful marketing agency who are at an exciting stage, as the reason for them recruiting is due to growth. My client is an independent digital marketing agency specialising in paid media. They were set up in 2010 by the founders Chris and Richard, so there well established, financially secure, and can work without the red tape that you would normally get at a bigger agency. Last year there were only 25 people within the company, but due to several successful business/clients wins they are growing rapidly and now have 35 people working there.

 

The right candidate will have the responsibility of implementing a wide range of paid media strategies and processes. The key duties that the right candidate will be involved in include the following:

  • Manage all aspects of client accounts to a high standard
  • Build and develop account plans for clients
  • Optimise and target content appropriately to improve performance
  • Provide accurate client forecasting, that meets and sometimes exceeds performance targets
  • The responsibility of regularly communicating with clients via reports, calls and meetings
  • Manage and assist more intermediate colleagues within your team, and help them develop

 

Although the client company encourages personal development by actively focusing on learning through formal training, working with colleagues, completing tasks and seeking feedback. The company client does ask that the right candidate has the following:

  • Previous PPC or Biddable experience (2 years plus is desirable)
  • Good knowledge of PPC or Biddable management platforms (Google AdWords or Bing Ads, although the right candidate would be allowed to integrate any platforms that they have previously worked with if they feel this will benefit themselves and the business)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills (Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize between multiple tasks and take initiative to identify new opportunities
  • Works well with colleagues and has a can-do attitude
