Team Lead Performance Marketing

Team Lead Performance Marketing Responsibilities

As the Team Lead Performance Marketing you will play a crucial role in redefining strategy, reducing costs, improving ROAS, and increasing subscriptions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of 2 Performance Marketers.
• Relaunching the Performance Marketing Strategy.
• Collaborating on cross-channel marketing strategy.
• Mentoring and developing members of the Performance Marketing.
• Remain hands-on with activating Google Ads campaigns.
• Market observation and testing of new platforms and channels.
• Working closely with Team Leads in other relevant departments such as Creative, CRM and Mobile Marketing etc.

Skills & Experience

The business will offer you flexibility in your working day that is best for you. The business does ask that you have:

• C level German and above, ideally Native; Fluent in English.
• 3+ years in Performance Marketing.
• Operational experience with Google Ads.
• Cross-channel strategy experience (e.g., Mobile App, CRM).
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Twitter (preferred).
• Experience working with external agencies.
• Previous experience with subscriptions would be a benefit.
• Familiarity with KPIs, especially performance, conversions, and lead generation.
• Budget management (6-figure monthly budgets).
• Passionate about Performance Marketing and up to date with new trends and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the Subscription Team, external Newspapers, and junior team members.
