Strategy Manager

Location: Central London/ Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 + Discretionary Bonus

About The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, a brand performance agency based in Central London are looking for a Strategy Manager to join their Paid Social team.

As Paid Social Strategy Manager you will have the opportunity to take the lead on some of their high-profile and household name client accounts. You will also have the opportunity to work on household name brands and exciting client campaigns in the sports and football industry.

The agency has a huge focus on progression, with their Head of Client Services and Paid Social Director having started as Account Executives at the agency. And while the business is based out of their modern Central London, they work in a hybrid and flexible working environment: You’ll be supported to work how is best for you.

 

Strategy Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the agency’s newest Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to take develop your experience in paid social strategy as you take the lead on client strategy. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, as you create strong client relationships.
  • Ensure that the work of the Executive and junior members of the team is in line with campaign objectives and agency standards.
  • Some development of junior executives and members of the team.
  • Organising and working with the cross-media teams to ensure effective execution of your campaign strategy.
  • Be supported by the Head of Client Services and Account Directors, to ensure optimal campaign and client strategy.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be supported by the agency with a personal progression plan to a director position, with internal and external training opportunities and an annual training budget. The agency does ask that you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience working on Paid Social campaigns and managing paid media accounts.
  • Strong experience of working towards performance KPIs.
  • Previous experience working in an agency.
  • Cross selling/ up selling experience.
  • Proven experience of developing junior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • A 2:1 in a relevant degree: Marketing, business etc.
