About the Company

Due to exciting new changes and growth, an award-winning independent agency based in Leeds are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their Social Media team and work across a variety of exciting and varied clients.

The business is an integrated agency, offering the full digital service for clients. This means you will have the opportunity to grow and develop into areas of social media that interest you. You will be supported to become an expert in all thing’s social media content, working closely with Social Media Managers, Designers, and the client.

The agency also prides itself on a friendly and collaborative culture, without no expectation of late nights, overtime, or burnout! You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid and flexible work environment, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home.

 

Social Media Executive Role & Responsibilities

As Social Media Executive you will have the opportunity to gain experience working on a variety of Social Media platforms, with various clients and brands, while you work closely with Social Media Account Managers and the Head of Social to learn and develop your own skills!

Additionally, your role will include:

  • Work on a mix of organic social media and paid social media advertising.
  • Being involved in social media content strategy.
  • Creating engaging content across various formats and social media channels, across videos, images, and text.
  • Data analysis, to optimise social media campaigns and come to your own conclusion on areas for improvement.
  • Video creation and editing for TikTok/ Reel content.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The business is offering a long-term commitment to your growth within the agency, with plenty of training to get you started and developing in your career. The agency does ask that you have:

  • A good understanding of social media marketing.
  • Copywriting and content writing skills.
  • Experience of editing TikTok and Reel content to a good level.
  • Paid Media experience is ideal but not essential as training can be provided.
