Social Ads Lead Role Overview

As Social Ads Lead, you’ll spearhead performance marketing efforts for this innovative business. You will report directly to the CEO, managing a substantial budget, leading a team, and orchestrating captivating campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok. The focus will be on driving subscriptions and enhancing brand recognition across key French-speaking markets.

Social Ads Lead Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgets ranging from €100,000 – €150,000 monthly, crafting strategic Meta Ads campaigns geared towards conversion and brand building.
  • Strategically own Meta Ads campaigns, with a particular emphasis on French-speaking markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Introduce and explore new channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Native Ads) to broaden the platform’s reach and impact.
  • Manage project lifecycles for temporary and permanent campaigns and provide insightful reporting to internal stakeholders.

 

Skills and Experience Required for the Social Ads Lead Role

  • Fluent in both French and English, enabling effective cross-border communication.
  • A strong background in Performance Marketing with over 2 years of experience, showcasing expertise in Meta Ads campaigns, ideally from B2C brands or startups.
  • Prior track record of launching new channels such as TikTok, Native Ads, Pinterest, etc.
  • Proficiency in collaborating closely with creative teams and crafting impactful ad copy, including basic design skills.
  • Experience and skill in data analysis, with a strong attention to detail.
