SEO Manager Role & Responsibilities

As SEO Manager you will work in a rounded SEO capacity, still remaining hands-on with the execution of SEO strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a variety of clients.
  • Being hands on with the activation and management of SEO campaigns, with support from the executives and specialists in your team.
  • Conducting in-depth SEO audits to discover areas of improvement and optimise organic performance.
  • Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the campaigns you manage.
  • Client relationship management, being responsible for account management and growth.
  • Recognise opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Support with the growth of the executives in your team.

 

Your Skills & Experience

The business if offering a long-term commitment to your growth within the agency, with training support in areas of your choice, a progression plan to an SEO Director position, and external development support. The business does ask that you have:

  • Previous experience working at a SEO Manager level or as a Senior SEO Executive who is ready to step up to a SEO Manager role.
  • Previous SEO experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in client management and relationship building.
  • Rounded SEO skills, covering content and technical.
  • Data analytics skills are essential, being able to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, as you work closely with your team and with other departments across the business.
  • Happy to remain hands-on with SEO when necessary.

A continually growing full-service digital marketing agency is looking for a SEO Manager to join their SEO team based in London. The agency offers hybrid and flexible working, with only 2 days a week in the office: With flexibility on those days and your working hours.
