Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Company

Due to exciting new client acquisition, an SEO focused agency who specialises in SaaS is looking for an experience and confident SEO Manager to join their team. The business has dedicated teams for SEO, content, and Link building. So, you will be predominantly focused on the pure SEO strategy and campaign management.

The agency is currently based in Bristol with a new office in Sheffield being opened soon. The agency offers hybrid, flexible and remote working to its team, with only occasional travel to the office as necessary.

The company is looking for an SEO Manager with previous experience in an agency background, handling campaign budgets of over £7,000 pcm, to take charge of their new client acquisitions.

 

SEO Manager Role & Responsibilities

As SEO Manager your primarily responsibility will be to lead the SEO team and be an expert in all things SEO. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Executing the SEO strategy for new markets, using market research.
  • Working on multiple, simultaneous client campaigns. (Client management, however, is largely delegated to the account management team.)
  • Create client reports, analysing the effectiveness of SEO efforts and optimising where necessary.
  • Working closely with Heads of SEO and Content to optimise offerings and SEO strategy.
  • In-depth keyword research and analysis: Making executive decisions on keyword strategy.
  • Delegating your strategic vision to the executives in your team.

 

Skills and Experience

The company is committed to the development of its team through individually tailored training and clear progression plans as you work towards your promotion. The business does ask that you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO.
  • Experience in an agency background is essential.
  • Previous experience of handling campaign budgets of over £7,000 pcm.
  • Rounded SEO experience is ideal.
  • Being comfortable implementing simultaneous, successful SEO campaigns across a variety of verticals.
  • Experience with data and analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frogs, AhRefs etc.
  • Experience working with a variety of CMSs is ideal.
